The OnePlus Nord’s open sale has been quietly delayed by two days. At the time of launch, OnePlus announced the Nord will go on sale in India from August 4 with the 8GB RAM+128GB storage variant available via open sale, and not through restrictive, flash sales from August 4. Now, however, OnePlus has pushed the sale date to August 6 on both the OnePlus Online store and on Amazon India.

As a result, the 12GB RAM and 8GB RAM variants will go on sale on the same day, i.e August 6 from 12AM IST. The date coincides with the Amazon Prime Day Sale, and customers buying the smartphone will get Rs 2000 off when checking out with an American Express card.

OnePlus Nord Price and Availability

The OnePlus Nord is presently available in 8GB and 12GB RAM variants with 128GB and 256GB storage respectively. Both these variants will be available for purchase from August 6, 12 AM. The 8GB RAM variant is priced at Rs 27,999 while the 12GB RAM variant goes up to Rs 29,999.

There is also a 6GB RAM with 64GB storage variant of the OnePlus Nord that will go on sale sometime in September. It’s priced at Rs 24,999.

The OnePlus Nord can be picked up in two colours — Marble Blue and Onyx Grey.

OnePlus Nord specs and features

The OnePlus Nord is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G and features a 6.4-inch AMOLED display. It runs on Android 10 with OxygenOS 10.5 on top and sports a 4,115mAh battery with support for 30W fast charging. The phone is also 5G compatible and comes with a quad-camera stack at the back which includes the Sony IMX586 48MP sensor in the primary camera, the 8MP Ultrawide lens, a 5MP depth sensor and a 2MP macro lens. On the front, you get a 32+8MP dual selfie cameras.
