Amazfit has released a new GTR 2 variant in India that shares the same assortment of specs as the original. The newness is in terms of the strap choices and this one comes in just the aluminum body. The other one was available in both stainless steel and aluminum. The rest of the repertoire consists of a round AMOLED screen, 90+ activity modes, 3 gigs of storage, up to 11 days of battery runtime, 5ATM water resistance, and a Bluetooth calling facility.

Amazfit GTR 2 (2022) wields a 1.39-inch AMOLED touchscreen with 454x454 resolution, 326 PPI, tempered glass protection, and smudge-free properties.
The display is housed in an aluminum case and attached to it is a silicone/leather band with a quick-release mechanism. You can pick the watch in Lightning Grey or Thunder Black colors.
The weight of the watch is 32 grams and inside, the watch carries goodies like 90+ sports activity modes, Bluetooth calling, 50 watch face options, always-on display, wear detection, 5ATM water resistance, and trackers for heart rate, SpO2, sleep quality, stress levels, and PAI health assessment. You also get 3GB of storage for saving music and the playback control of the same can be done on the watch itself.

Although Huami has priced the Amazfit GTR 2 (new version) for ₹11,999, you can grab it for ₹10,999 on the first day of launch, i.e., May 23, 2022. It is available on Flipkart and the official Amazfit website.
