The Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra boasts a 14.6-inch Super OLED screen with 2,960 x 1,848 pixels and 120% DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage, according to the report. The Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra will have an IP67 classification for dust and water protection. According to reports, the tablet weighs 737g and has a metal body.

The premium Samsung tablet reportedly will have a dual camera setup with a flash on the back, according to images. Following Samsung's new design philosophy, the back camera configuration is similar to that of the Galaxy S23 series. A quad-speaker system, a USB Type-C connection, and a designated spot to magnetically attach the included S Pen are all included.
When the tablet is propped up in landscape orientation, it features pogo pins on the bottom that can be used to secure it to a keyboard dock. The Galaxy Tab S9 would be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. It is anticipated to hold an 11,200mAh battery capacity that supports 45W fast charging.
