Telecom operator Vodafone re-introduced the Rs 20 talk time prepaid plan a few months back in select circles. It offered 28 days of service validity. After that, Vodafone officials confirmed that the company is looking to provide various affordable recharges to their customer, in an effort to keep their accounts active. Similar to the Rs 20 prepaid plan, now, the UK-based telecom operator offers full talk time benefit and service validity in the Rs 30 prepaid recharge.
The new Rs 30 prepaid recharge plan includes benefits like Rs 30 talk time and 28 days of service validity. It is being offered in select circles as of now, which includes Mumbai, Karnataka and Kerala. Further, the plan seems to be available only to select customers. Users can recharge via third-party portals like PhonePe, Paytm and others. However, availability varies with every user.
TelecomTalk suggests there is no requirement for the company to bring back the Rs 30 talk time plan. It’s because the Rs 35 All-Rounder Vodafone plan is very popular amongst the customers. It offers Rs 26 talk time, 100MB of 4G/3G/2G data alongside 2.5 paise per second charge for voice calls over a period of 28 days. To recall, the new Rs 30 prepaid recharge plan does not ship with any data benefit.
Vodafone introduced the Rs 20 prepaid plan, offering full talk time benefits for 28 days of service validity. The plan is aimed at users who are not willing to spend Rs 35 on the All-Rounder plan. Now, there is a new Rs 30 plan whose major downside is its validity. The company is also offering users an option to extend service validity with the Rs 20 talk time plan.
